The Social Services department provides resources to empower residents to attain and maintain their highest physical, mental and psychosocial wellbeing.  Social workers serve as a link between residents and community resources.  With changing personal needs, residents may desire assistance related to financial support programs, community support programs, home healthcare, hospice care, etc. The Social Service Department  is available to assist residents and their families in adjustment to the community, providing consultation as needed and helping plan for changes in accommodations as appropriate.


Support Groups provide a time for residents and family members to discuss feelings, concerns and attitudes. Professionally trained staff facilitate many of these groups. Groups include:
