Planned Giving

In its simplest form, planned giving involves anticipating one's death and making decisions as to whom assets should be given, when, how, and how much.  Planned giving often enables you to make a larger gift than ordinarily thought possible. It involves decisions about taxes, how assets are titled and transferred to heirs and nonprofit ministries such as Landis Homes in ways that represent the donors' values and passions.
