 Most of the new cottages and apartments include two bedrooms and two bathrooms with the options of sunroom or den, garage or covered parking, covered patio or balcony. They will also include many “green” building materials and systems that minimize negative impacts to the environment. New cottages and hybrid apartments will range from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet.
