Hybrid Homes provide residents with a new housing option that combines the best of cottage and apartment living. Features include garage parking, indoor access to the common areas, and opportunities for social connections. The design incorporates sustainable building materials and practices as well as renewable energy sources.
Available now! Hybrid homes offer seniors a new housing option, blending the benefits of both cottage and apartment living to provide neighborhood setting that fosters a sense of community.
They offer the conveniences of covered parking with indoor access to home, corner locations so each home has two outside exposures, an elevator eliminating the need to use steps or stairs and indoor access to neighbors and common areas.
The new hybrid design, with 12 homes per structure, are more residential in appearance than a traditional large apartment building.
