All cottages on the South Campus (constructed 2010-2012) include one or two-car garages, two bedrooms and two full baths.  Most cottages include options of a sunroom or den,  covered patio or balcony. They also include many “green” building materials and systems that minimize negative impacts to the environment. New cottages and hybrid apartments range from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet.
