Residency Planning
Donna Shank, Director of Residency Planning

The Residency Planning Office welcomes inquiries and applications for accommodations at Landis Homes. Depending on the type of service and size of the desired living area the availability of accommodations ranges from almost immediate to a wait of several years. Persons interested in moving to Landis Homes are encouraged to plan ahead and submit an application well in advance of the desired moving date.

There is no minimum age to apply, but the minimum residency age is 65. Spouses under age 65 are accepted with special financial arrangements. Persons under age 65 are considered for residency to receive healthcare services and rehabilitation. Members of the sponsoring denomination, the Mennonite Church, may receive priority on available accommodations.

In accordance with applicable federal and state law, the policy of Landis Homes is to provide residence or care on our campus without regard to race, color, sex, ancestry, national origin, religious creed, handicap or disability.

The Residency Planning Office is located at the Residential Living Entrance to Landis Homes. Office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm weekdays. Applications may be made through this office.
