New Director of Gift Planning Services Announced

Alonna Gautsche Sprunger, of Lancaster, recently began serving as the new Director of Gift Planning Services at Landis Homes. She will be responsible to plan and implement fund development, planned giving services, and lead the Gift Planning Team as well as promote the Landis Homes vision and mission among constituents.
Her prior employment of 15 years was as Director of Congregational Resources with Lancaster Mennonite Conference. She is author of the initiatives "Getting into the Balcony; A Ladder and Toolbox for Formative Congregational Assessment" and "Habits of Thriving Congregations." In earlier employment she provided education and advocacy services among the Mennonite Church constituents as Director of Mennonite Development Disability Services with Mennonite Health Services.
Alonna received a master's degree in Rehabilitation Administration and Services from the University of Southern Illinois, Carbondale, IL. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Eastern Mennonite College, Harrisonburg, VA.
Alonna and her husband live in the city of Lancaster with their three sons. The family is actively involved at James Street Mennonite Church, Lancaster.
