Supports the Dining Services program in routine office duties including compiling records, completing financial documentation, special function scheduling, payroll and attendance recording, completing cash transaction reporting and monthly expense/revenue reports/charges.

Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities include administrative supervision and guidance to resident programs and services in Healthcare, Personal Care, and Residential Living and overseeing overall operations. Building on Landis Homes’ strong reputation for providing quality services, this individual will be responsible to lead Landis Homes’ continuing pursuit of improving the experience and well-being of all residents, and reducing the per capita cost of health care. We desire to maintain and strengthen Landis Homes’ strong position in the changing healthcare environment as we seek to serve aging adults and their families by honoring and enriching their lives in a community of Christ-like love.

Qualifications include a degree in Health Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, Nursing or related field (Master’s degree preferred), 5-10 years of executive leadership experience in long-term care, quality improvement, budgetary and financial management skills/experience. Should possess effective communication skills, ability to lead a team and collaborate with peers, and have an understanding of and appreciation for the Landis Homes’ faith, values and goals.

Social Worker

Candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in social work with experience in skilled nursing, personal care, and dementia care preferred.
