Cook Supervisor

Assists the East dining management team in maintaining high standards in food preparation/production, delivery, service, and sanitation for residents, team members, special events, and cafe dining. Performs general tasks associated with quality hot and cold meal preparation and service including advanced food prep tasks, batch cooking, special event production, and made-to-order cooking. Prepares and serves all food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and established policies and procedures as directed by the Dining Services Manager or Executive Chef of Dining Services.

Full-time (East Kitchens)
7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. & 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., 80 hours bi-weekly

Cook

Performs general tasks associated with hot and cold meal preparation and service including advanced food prep tasks, batch cooking and made-to-order cooking. Prepares and serves all food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and established policies and procedures as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef. Must be at least 18 years of age. Is Serv Safe Certified or working toward certification within 9 months of hire. All shifts include every other weekend.

Dining Services Assistant

Provides assistance in a variety of Dining functions including, but not limited to, general food preparation, meal delivery/service, clean-up and sanitation in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with established dining policies and procedures. Must be at least 16 years of age.  All shifts include every other weekend.

East Kitchen
5:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m., 80 hours bi-weekly
5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., & 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 80 hours bi-weekly

Part-time
East & West Kitchens
10:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., 32 hours bi-weekly

Various part-time afternoon openings, flexible shifts and schedules with afternoon or day shifts on weekends.
