Cook

Performs general tasks associated with hot and cold meal preparation and service including advanced food prep tasks, batch cooking and made-to-order cooking. Prepares and serves all food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and established policies and procedures as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef. Must be at least 18 years of age. Is Serv Safe Certified or working toward certification within 9 months of hire. All shifts include every other weekend.

Dining Services Assistant

Provides assistance in a variety of Dining functions including, but not limited to, general food preparation, meal delivery/service, clean-up and sanitation in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with established dining policies and procedures. Must be at least 16 years of age.  All shifts include every other weekend.

Combination of 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., and 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

10 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., 72 hours bi-weekly

Part-time

Combination of 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (weekends) and 4 to 8 p.m. (2 nights/week), 32 hours bi-weekly
7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 16 hours bi-weekly
Birch Kitchen
5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., 16 hours bi-weekly
10:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., 16 hours bi-weekly
West Kitchen
10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every other weekend and 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. one day/week, 24 hours bi-weekly
3 to 7 p.m., 24 hours bi-weekly
