Dining Services Assistant/Cashier

Provides assistance in a variety of Dining functions including, but not limited to, general food preparation, meal delivery/service, clean-up and sanitation in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with established dining policies and procedures. Must be at least 16 years of age. All shifts include every other weekend.

Full-time
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 80 hours bi-weekly (Bistro-weekday shifts with some weekend/holiday hours)

Part-time
9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 24 hours bi-weekly (Bistro-weekday shifts with some weekend/holiday hours)

Cook

Performs general tasks associated with hot and cold meal preparation and service including advanced food prep tasks, batch cooking and made-to-order cooking. Prepares and serves all food in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, regulations and established policies and procedures as directed by the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef. Must be at least 18 years of age. Is Serv Safe Certified or working toward certification within 9 months of hire. All shifts include every other weekend.

6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. (West Kitchen)
8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 80 hours bi-weekly (Bistro-weekday shifts with some weekend/holiday hours)
10 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., 72 hours bi-weekly (Birch Kitchen)
