The Newsweek/Statista rankings are based on national surveys of medical professionals and senior care staff, feedback from residents and visitors, accreditation data, and online reputation.

“Being recognized for the third straight year and being ranked among the top 10 in the nation is truly an honor,” said Larry Zook, President/CEO of Landis Communities. “It reflects the dedication and excellent care by our team members, the engagement of residents, and the strength of our shared values. It inspires us to continue innovating and serving with compassion.” He continued, “This year marked our 30th year of being CARF accredited, one of the important parts of our ranking score. This very involved voluntary process gives us another high-performing metric for accountability.”

Evon Bergey, Vice President of Operations/COO, added, “Our team puts significant effort into making sure we are doing all we can for residents and their loved ones across all parts of the campus, including becoming a dementia friendly center of excellence. Their day-to-day work directly leads to this fantastic result.”
