Memorial, Honorary and Commemorative Gifts

Tribute gifts are a thoughtful way to recognize a loved one or show appreciation to a special person. These gifts traditionally support the Caring Fund, but other designations can easily be arranged. Contact the Advancement Team with your preference. Memorial and honorary gifts to the Caring Fund can be made online by clicking the donate buttons below. You may indicate someone for our office to notify about your kind gift but we won’t disclose the amount.

Memorial Gifts

A memorial gift is a special way to remember a loved one who is no longer with us. While furthering the legacy of your loved one you are also helping to provide aging adults with quality care and peace of mind after their resources have been exhausted.

Often families ask for memorial gifts to be given to Landis Homes in a funeral notice or obituary as a way of remembering loved ones. The Advancement Office will notify the family of your caring gesture without disclosing the gift amount.

The funeral home may assist you with the wording for an obituary, but common wording is as follows: In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be given to The Landis Homes Caring Fund, 1001 East Oregon Road, Lititz, PA 17543.

Honorary Gifts

An honorary gift recognizes a special person or occasion in your life. You always have the opportunity to honor a loved one, friend, or team member with your donation. Your honoree will be notified about your gift, but the amount of your donation is kept private.

Commemorative Gifts

Family and friends frequently choose to honor the memory of a loved one with a commemorative brick placed in the Prayer and Memory Garden or with a tree or bench located around the Landis Homes campus.
