There is no minimum age to apply, and the minimum residency age is 62. Spouses under age 62 are accepted with special financial arrangements. Persons under age 62 are considered for residency to receive healthcare services and rehabilitation. In accordance with applicable federal and state law, the policy of Landis Homes is to provide residence or care on our campus without regard to race, color, sex, ancestry, national origin, religious creed, handicap or disability.
