The Gardens, one of the newest expansions at Landis Homes, was completed in 2026, adding 35 new homes to this area. Designed with comfort, convenience, and community in mind, The Gardens offers residents a welcoming place to call home while being part of the larger Landis Homes community.

Homes in The Gardens were built in several styles, ranging from 1,094 to 1,613 square feet. Each home features abundant windows and a private garage, with many garages accommodating two cars or a car and a golf cart.

The design of The Gardens reflects the natural beauty of the wetlands and farmland surrounding Landis Homes. Residents can add their own touch to the landscape by planting flowers in the existing flower beds around their homes. A community garden also provides an opportunity for residents to enjoy gardening together.

The Gardens and Meadows Hybrids are the latest new home neighborhoods at Landis Homes, thoughtfully designed to border the lush wetlands and connect residents with the beauty of nature. The Gardens will also be home to a second community garden, along with the B.A.R.N. (Building for Artistry and Recreation with Neighbors), a new gathering and recreation space for all campus residents. The B.A.R.N. will feature two indoor pickleball courts, a golf simulator, woodshop, maker’s space, and meeting room, creating new opportunities for neighbors to connect, learn, create, and enjoy time together.

The Calvin G. and Janet C. High Learning & Wellness Center offers a variety of opportunities for fitness, wellness, learning, and connection. The center includes state-of-the-art fitness equipment, an aquatic center, and an exercise studio with a variety of instructor-led classes.
