• Construction of seven new cottages in the southeast corner of campus is nearing completion with occupancy to begin at the end of October. All of these cottages are reserved and will be occupied soon.
• With renovations in Westview complete, the effort has now moved to Grandview and Kirkview apartments. Like Westview the renovations will take place in the common areas, passageways and the exteriors at the entrances.
• Ground was broken for the new Learning & Wellness Center (learn more here) which will include community areas and 22 new apartments in the first phase.
• Landscaping work began at Leaman Woods to make part of it more accessible. Funds for this project were raised during the 50th Anniversary celebration in 2014.
