Jessica Zepp recently joined the Landis Homes team as Director of Admissions & Social Services. In this role Zepp will be responsible for the direction of the overall social services program and supervise the departmental team. She will also assume responsibility for admissions to healthcare and personal care, serve on the stewardship committee and become the staff representative to the resident council.
Zepp most recently was a community liaison with Caring Hospice Services. Prior to that, she spent 10 years working for various retirement communities and standalone skilled nursing facilities in admissions and business development roles. Zepp, who lives in her hometown of York Springs, PA, has a Bachelor’s degree in Animal BioScience from Penn State University and a Master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Strayer University in Herndon, VA. She attends the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in York Springs and volunteers in her local community through the church’s outreach program. She also volunteers with a variety of soup kitchens and food pantries as well as does dog walking with her local SPCA. In her non-working hours she enjoys her pets, reading and gardening.
“I am truly enjoying the warmth of the staff at Landis Homes,” says Zepp. “Everyone has been so welcoming and supportive during my transition.”
