Dale Weaver Joins Landis Communities as Vice President of Technology/CTO

Today, Landis Communities announced the hiring of Dale Weaver as the organization’s first Vice President of Technology/Chief Technology Officer (CTO).  As the organization has grown, so has the use of various technologies.  In addition to team member reliance on IT and communications systems, the residents and clients served by Landis Communities are increasingly using independence-enabling and other technologies on an everyday basis.

Dale will be a member of the Leadership Team and provide strategic leadership and support of technology use throughout Landis Communities. He joins the organization after working the past six years at Brethren Village, first as Director of Technology, and more recently as VP of Facilities and Technology.  Prior to this, he worked for six years at Siemens Medical Solutions.  

Weaver holds a B.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Grove City College and an MBA in Finance from Penn State University.  He and his wife Ashlee and their growing family live in Lititz. Ashlee is a Physician Assistant at WellSpan Family Medicine – Meadowbrook in Leola.
