LITITZ, PA – Landis Homes is pleased to announce the promotion of Emily Weaver, LPN, PCHA, to the position of Director of Personal Care.

Emily has served as the Personal Care Clinical Care Coordinator since May 2023. In November 2025, Emily completed the Personal Care Home Administrator (PCHA) Course. Emily also served at Landis Homes from 2012-2019 in Nursing and as a Residential Living/Emergency Nurse.

Emily brings 24 years of nursing experience to the role. During her time at Landis Homes, she has demonstrated a deep commitment to person-centered care while advancing her professional expertise through the completion of the Dementia Friendly Consultant Certification program.

As Director of Personal Care, Weaver will oversee operations and quality of care within Landis Homes Personal Care settings, supporting residents, families, and team members while advancing the organization’s commitment to honoring lives through compassionate, relationship-centered care.
