Hybrid Homes: The Best of Both Worlds

Many cottages on the Landis Homes South Campus and the first phase of our Hybrid Homes were honored to receive Gold LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification. The buildings use geothermal heat and environmentally conscious, green building practices, reflective of the beautiful woods and wetland that border the south campus properties.
