Hybrid Homes

Hybrid homes offer a unique housing option, blending the benefits of both cottage and apartment living to provide neighborhood setting that fosters a sense of community.  They offer the conveniences of garage parking with indoor access to home, corner locations so each home has two outside exposures, an elevator eliminating the need to use steps or stairs and indoor access to neighbors and common areas.

The hybrid design, with 12 or 13 homes per structure, are more residential in appearance than a traditional large apartment complex.
